We perform comprehensive soundproofing, noise insulation, and sound correction for residential premises, home cinemas, studios, and discos.

All work is carried out using materials with hygiene certificates. Eco-friendly water-based adhesives are used.

Noise insulation materials6/8

Macsound-Sound Absorbing Insulation Material

Macsound is a sound-absorbing, vibration-insulating, soundproofing material.

It consists of pieces of acoustic polyurethane foam, rubber, and aramid fabric.

It is a uniformly porous elastic material with a small open pore, through which sound energy is absorbed and converted into heat.

Depending on placement and construction, it is used for absorbing airborne and acoustic noise as well as significantly reducing impact and structural noise.

Suitable for absorption and insulation of low, medium, and high frequencies.

Eliminates the effect of rattling, the 'box resonance'.

Prevents the formation of sound bridges.

Very effective when used in wall partitions—drywall-Macsound-drywall.

Soundproof Ceiling Construction

Also used for wall cladding in rooms where noisy electro-mechanical equipment is located—elevators, exhausts, machines.

Used as insulation pads, bumpers, and also for protecting transported goods from damage, for example, when transporting glass, antiques.

When used as a sound-absorbing material, Macsound is effective for absorbing the entire audible and perceptible spectrum of sound frequencies.

More effective than acoustic mineral wool due to its density from 60 to 300 kilograms per cubic meter, it saves space and does not crumble.

Suitable for interior work.

Also used for soundproofing walls, ceilings, and floors.

Absorbs impact noise from neighbours.

Floating Floor Construction

Easy to install and cut, unlike wool, it does not emit hazardous dust.

Serves as the main vibration isolator in 'floating floor' systems.

With the help of Macsound, a dry floating system is made.of the floor.

Eliminates footstep noise and the effect of a 'cold floor'.

When laid under a cement screed, it reduces impact noise levels by up to 35 decibels.

Used in the construction of podiums for drum kits.

Good thermal insulation in addition to soundproofing.

Environmentally friendly.

Macsound is also used for isolating unwanted vibrations and knocks from machinery, exercise equipment, treadmills, as well as for noise insulation of machine bodies, yachts, ships, engine compartments, and more.

Vibronet Vibration Fasteners

Vibronet anti-vibration fasteners and supports are used for the vibration isolation of pipelines in engineering networks, ventilation ducts, installation of engineering and industrial equipment - compressors, ventilation and pump units, as well as for the vibration isolation of the bases of heating boilers, diesel generators, and special engineering equipment.

Acoustic Sound Absorbing Mineral Wool

Acoustic mineral wool is a group of fibrous sound-absorbing materials made from high-quality, environmentally friendly staple fibreglass and rock wool.

Acoustic Sound Correction Panels

Acoustic panels are used for the acoustic treatment of rooms. They eliminate reverberation and excessive echo in rooms. They weaken sound waves in the air by increasing air resistance, which reduces the amplitude of the waves. Acoustic panels are available in various shapes and thicknesses.

Heradesign Superfine Acoustic Boards

Heradesign® superfine

A multi-layer acoustic board based on magnesite adhesive and natural wood, made from specially created wood chips with a fibre structure thickness of 1 millimetre. Recommended for use from the perspective of building biology and eco-construction, it has excellent acoustic properties.

Application area of Heradesign® superfine: high-quality, decorative, and acoustic wall and ceiling coverings, for example, in office spaces, attics, galleries, hotels, restaurants, as well as schools, recording studios, karaoke halls, on television and radio - everywhere where it is necessary to beautifully and effectively solve the problem of reverberation and sound absorption.

With Heradesign® superfine constructions, a sound absorption coefficient ∂w of up to 0.95 can be achieved.

Sound absorption parameters of the partitionок

1) NRC: average sound absorption coefficient alpha; S at frequencies 250 + 500 + 1000 + 2000 Hz: 4, rounded to the nearest increment of 0.05

2) Thickness: 15/25/15 mm

3) Distance between partitions: distance between the centres of the partition

4) Suspension height: from the lower edge of the supporting part of the ceiling to the upper edge of the partition

Colour options:

Standard colours: white (similar to RAL 9011) and natural tone 13 (beige)

A colour range is possible (main tones, pastel or 'metallic') according to standardised colour systems.

Soundproofing — reduction of noise levels penetrating into rooms from outside. The quantitative measure of soundproofing of enclosing structures is expressed in decibels. The necessity for soundproofing of ceilings depends on the characteristics of the materials used in construction and adherence to all technological standards. For example, in the case of constructing ceilings from high-quality factory concrete slabs with careful and accurate installation, soundproofing may not be required for several years.

The term soundproofing has always been considered synonymous with the term noise insulation. However, now, by an unwritten rule on Internet pages, the term soundproofing is most often associated with protection from noise in rooms, while noise insulation is more commonly used when discussing protection from noise in cars.

Measures for soundproofing rooms are designed to combat four types of noise:

  • Impact noise occurs when the structure of the room receives an impact and the resulting vibrations are transmitted to the walls or ceilings. Impact noise arises from heavy objects hitting the floor, moving furniture, the sound of footsteps, or knocking on the wall. Sound vibrations can spread quite far through the structures, as they are transmitted to all adjacent walls, ceilings, and floors.
  • Airborne noise spreads through the air, but walls and ceilings do not absorb airborne sound vibrations well enough. The ability to absorb sounds by walls and ceilings depends on the material they are made of. The more massive the partitions, the greater the soundproofing effect they have. In rooms, airborne noise is most often loud voices, loud music, or dog barking.
  • Structural noise arises from the transmission of vibrations through pipes, ventilation shafts, and other communication elements. Some communication elements mcan transmit sounds over long distances. It is known that many neighbours can hear banging on the radiators.
  • Acoustic noise most often occurs in unarranged rooms and manifests as an echo.
