Sales Agreement

This Sales Agreement is addressed to buyers and is an official public offer from the Seller to conclude a contract (make a transaction). The Buyer, in order to purchase the Goods (agreeing to buy the Goods), accepts the terms of this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer agreement in accordance with Articles 633, 638, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). The terms of the Agreement are the same for all Buyers regardless of whether the Buyer is a natural person, a legal entity, or an individual entrepreneur.

1.2. From the moment of acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, the consumer acquires the status of Buyer. This moment is considered to be the registration and placement of the Buyer’s order on the Seller’s website.

1.3. By concluding the Agreement, the Buyer confirms that they have read and fully agree with its terms, and also gives consent to the Seller to process their personal data for the purpose of carrying out settlements, receiving invoices, acts, and other documents, as well as fulfilling obligations under the Agreement.

Consent to the processing of personal data is valid throughout the entire term of the Agreement and after its expiration.

2. Terms and Definitions

2.1. Seller — PP "KHROMAKEY-PRODUCTION" EDRPOU Code 38973930, selling goods through the online store


2.2. Goods — a list of goods posted on the website and/or in the Seller's stores, indicating the price, name, and description. Images of the Goods on the website may differ slightly from their actual appearance.

Additional designations: "hit", "new", "best price".

2.3. Buyer — a legal adult, legal entity, or individual entrepreneur. Confirmation of adulthood is the corresponding confirmation during registration on the website.

2.4. Order — a request for the purchase of Goods that has been formalized and placed by the Buyer.

2.5. Access to the online store website is provided at https://www.ecosound.com.ua/. The Seller has the right to change the website address with subsequent updates to the terms of the Agreement.

2.6. Personal Account — a personal section of the Buyer on the website, accessible only to them, which displays personal information and order history.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Buyer based on the formalized Order, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for the Goods.

3.2. The Seller guarantees that the Goods are not pledged, are not the subject of a dispute, are not seized, and are not encumbered by the rights of third parties.

3.3. The parties confirm that the Agreement is not fictitious and has not been concluded under the influence of deception or misunderstanding.

3.4. The Seller confirms the availability of all necessary permits for conducting business activities and selling Goods in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

3.5. The Buyer accepts the terms of the Agreement by clicking the "Buy" button when placing the Order.

4. Interaction with the Online Store Website

4.1. The Buyer has the right to view the website, place Orders, participate in promotions, and use the services of the online store.

4.2. Registration is necessary for access to personal data and additional features of the website.

4.3. When registering, the Buyer provides:

  • Full Name;

  • phone number;

  • email address.

4.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.

4.5. All actions performed under the Buyer’s account are considered to be carried out by them personally.

4.6. The Seller has the right to refuse to process the Order if the terms of the Agreement are violated.
