Returns and exchanges

The online store ecosound.com.ua carries out returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on "Consumer Rights Protection".

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 on "Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection" (as amended), dietary supplements are classified as food products, therefore they are not subject to return or exchange.

Also, in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine, the following are not subject to return or exchange:

  • medicinal products and medical devices;

  • sanitary and hygiene items;

  • perfume and cosmetic products;

  • combs, brushes, massage brushes;

  • gloves;

  • hosiery;

  • products in aerosol packaging;

  • products for infants.

At the same time, the company ECOSOUND adheres to an individual approach to each client and may consider the issue of return on a case-by-case basis.
Returns of goods of proper quality are possible provided that their commercial appearance, consumer properties are preserved, and there is a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase.

Return and exchange periods

Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 calendar days from the moment the buyer receives the goods.

The return shipping of the goods is carried out at the buyer's expense.

Conditions for returning goods of proper quality

You can return or exchange the goods if:

  • the product has not been used and shows no signs of wear (scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.);

  • the product is complete and the original packaging is preserved;

  • the product was inspected at the delivery service upon receipt of the order;

  • all labels and factory markings are preserved;

  • the product retains its commercial appearance and consumer properties.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine on "Consumer Rights Protection", the company has the right to refuse the consumer a return or exchange of goods of proper quality if it falls under the list of goods not subject to return or exchange according to current legislation.
